Services
Boston Local RC provides website design and development, website maintenance, Google Business Profile optimization, review and reputation support, local SEO, social media management, and digital growth strategy. The exact scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are based on the scope discussed at the time of the estimate. Changes to scope may change the price or timeline; we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.
Payment
Project work typically requires a deposit before it begins, with the balance due at launch. Ongoing services are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled with reasonable written notice.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, images, and access to any accounts required to complete the work, and to review deliverables in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or feedback may affect the timeline.
Ownership
On full payment, you own your domain, your content, and the website we build for you. Third-party software, plugins, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses.
Reviews and reputation
We build systems that make it easy for real customers to leave honest feedback. We do not create, purchase, incentivize, or otherwise fabricate reviews, and we cannot guarantee any particular review outcome.
Results and no guarantees
We apply proven practices, but search rankings, traffic, calls, and revenue depend on factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results. Any figures shown in sample visuals are demonstration data.
Third-party platforms
Some services rely on platforms such as Google, hosting providers, and social networks. Their policies, availability, and pricing may change, and those changes are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boston Local RC's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page applies to work performed after the date it is posted.
